What are the US tax implications?

I work for an online company in Singapore. We are contemplating selling products in the US. All shipping and handling in the US will be handled by a fulfillment firm. Therefore, we will not have any physical presence whatsoever in the US. What US tax liabilities come with this business model? Your answer will be greatly appreciated.

The possible tax implications and/or business planning opportunities are too numerous to discuss via a forum such as this. I would recommend speaking with a tax attorney and business attorney to ensure that you are able to fully appreciate the tax implications and take the appropriate business planning measures that are available to you to limit any potential tax implications. You may contact our office to schedule an appointment if you have further questions or if you need assistance with this issue.
